“Bill delivered on a design that created an environment of community. We felt Bill listened to what we wanted while gently challenging and suggesting how it might be enhanced. Bill’s blend of respect and innovation really delivered on a truly wonderful design.”— Sycamore Creek Church (Lansing, MI)
“From the onset, Bill showed professionalism, intense understanding of not only our desires but residential building code, and a concern that the final product would meet our needs. Bill exceeded our expectations in every way. Beyond the professional aspect of our experience, Bill had an innate feel for what was important to myself as well as my wife. Bill was a true partner in the building of our dream home. I could not have dreamed of a better fit or finer final product.”— Homeowner (Dimondale, MI)
“Bill is an architect who understands the needs of a contractor and the details of design. He is highly conscientious in his tasks, highly motivated in his management, and truly devoted to the success of a project.”— Pinkard Construction (Lakewood, CO)
“Bill Arens of Arens Architecture has worked with our business on a couple of projects. Our (latest) project was unusual because of the grant process we went through for funding and the historical nature of the buildings we were remodeling. We made a number of changes to the project, which Bill readily accommodated. Our company has complete trust in Arens Architecture and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering their services.”
